Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage in Direct Sales: Conduct door-to-door outreach, initiating meaningful conversations and presenting TELUS services.
- Deliver Value-Driven Pitches: Confidently educate customers on TELUS’s offerings, identifying solutions based on their needs.
- Generate and Convert Leads: Build your sales funnel through consistent prospecting and effective follow-up.
- Manage Full Sales Cycle: Own the process from the first point of contact to closing the deal.
- Hit and Exceed Targets: Work towards clearly defined performance goals with unlimited earning potential.
- Build Trust: Create positive customer experiences that lead to referrals and long-term loyalty.
- Enthusiastic communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and target-oriented individuals
- Organized and capable of working independently
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Availability for full-time hours, Monday to Friday (11 AM – 8 PM)
- Uncapped commission-based pay structure, dependent on commission rates associated with a successfully sold product
