- Build strong customer relationships through clear and confident communication
- Present TELUS service solutions tailored to customer needs
- Execute promotional strategies and close sales consistently
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
- Availability Monday through Saturday (preferred)
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
