Terms of the Position: Permanent, Full Time (Mon-Fri)
Anticipated Start Date: Immediate
Location: Vancouver Downtown (Granville St.)
Education: High school or equivalent
Experience: Customer service or sales experience preferred - full training provided
Languages: English (written & spoken). Other languages will be an asset.
Work Setting: Office and in field
A Plus: Firm understanding of consumer behaviour, market behaviour, and retail operations preferred. Previous experience with telecommunication industry is an asset.
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: IPad knowledge, Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience preferred, basic administrative duties required
Specific Skills: Customer service oriented. Assess customer need and consult suitable action. Provide advice about merchandise, Provide cost estimates on products/services. Plan and organize daily operations. Maintain existing accounts and generate new accounts. Team management and human resource skills, including overseeing company's performance/efficiency, as well as conducting interviews.
Essential Skills: Reading text, document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing.
Other Information: Experience in face to face customer service and leadership experience is an asset.
