Customer Sales Representatives

Job Purpose

A Consumer Sales Representative generates excitement, brand awareness, and increases product sales through speciality events, customer focused sales and brand promotions.

Job Responsibilities

Engage the consumer by creating brand awareness and enthusiasm 
Dynamically and aggressively sell product to consumers 
Demonstrate products and services to consumers 
Engage new and existing customers in a professional manner which generates enthusiasm for the client and services. 

Administrative Work 

Study product materials to develop product knowledge
Review event schedule and territory assignments
Complete call reports and service paperwork 
Attend training materials 
Check voice mails, emails 
Calls with supervisor/others as needed

Job Requirements

High School Diploma preferred or equivalent job-related experience
Experience in event marketing, customer service, sales is highly desirable
Ability to build strong relationships with customers
Friendly, outgoing personality
Great communication skills e.g. ability to connect with customers and sell products
Basic knowledge of how to use a computer and tablet; access the internet; send, receive, and review email; download documents from website or email; submit reports.
Full availability, Monday through Friday
Access to a computer and a phone on a daily basis
Satisfactory completion of background check (must be 18yrs or older)
