Business Account Associate

We are a leading sales and marketing firm looking for hard working individuals to represent our client, TELUS Communications. In order to keep up with the fast growing Sales team, we need to fill these positions immediately.

Job Summary
Responsible for soliciting and facilitating sales for TELUS Home Services and Business Solutions and market products and services to businesses that have demonstrated a need for the products or services.

Primary responsibilities

  • Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses.
  • Develop presentations and pitch products and services.
  • Create and assess a business marketing strategy.
  • Follow through with customer and ensure satisfaction.
  • Advise businesses on local, national, and international trends.
  • Develop sales quota targets.
  • Develop relationships with vendors and record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems.
  • Follow up with leads aggressively.
  • Articulate competitive positioning.
