Field Sales Representative

OVERVIEW: As a DIRECT TO CONSUMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE, you will have the opportunity to balance formal training with real-world experience marketing our leading innovative products and services. TELUS is one of Canada’s leading TELECOMMUNICATIONS organization, and it is a great start for those who are looking to gain experience within this industry! Moreover, this position is a way to learn the ropes of our fast-paced industry and transition into a management position. Our DIRECT TO CONSUMER SALES REPS will be responsible for promoting our leading products and services with the highest level of customer service.

TRAINING PROGRAM: Currently, we are hiring those in all levels of experience, therefore, we will be providing extensive training! The training experience includes direct hands on and classroom training offered along with daily team discussion meetings. The training program will prepare our individuals to put their effective sales and marketing tactics on field and gradually work towards internal promotions.

·        Assisting with sales and customer service

·        Directly engaging with customers on field or via phone

·        Be able to work independently and with teams

·        Ensure achievement of sales, client retention and loss ratio targets are met. Identify centers of influence

·        Promoting the brand name and products

·        Implement market strategies to promote new business 


·        18 years of age or over

·        Strong computer skills and math aptitude

·        A strong drive for sales

·        Excellent written and oral communication skills

·        Customer-service oriented Able to pass the required background checks
