Sales Representative

The Position:

We are currently expanding our sales team and looking for capable, competent, and highly motivated individuals. Representatives will generate sales through leads which we will provide. There are opportunities to take on more responsibility and quickly grow into leadership positions. Along the way, we will invest in you, with the goal of making you an expert in sales and event marketing.

Comprehensive training of product and industry will be provided. Regardless of college major or professional experience, nearly 100% of our full-time team members start out in our Training Program. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed.

You'll learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. We promote from within; nearly 100% of all our managers and corporate executives started in an entry level role and grew with our team.

As you progress, you will be tested and evaluated to determine your proficiency in these areas. Successful completion of these tests and evaluations will result in rewards, increased compensation and the opportunity for continued promotions.

You'll gain the responsibilities of developing new business and maintaining current relationships utilizing the sales skills you are taught.

We will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, vendors and co-workers. You'll learn proper sales techniques, problem solving and conflict management. In your development to become a successful manager, you'll learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage and promote a staff of your own.


Requirements:

  • High School graduation is preferred.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and eager to lead.
  • Demonstrated judgment and decision-making capability
  • Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex information
  • 18 years or older
  • Pass a criminal record check
  • Able to work full time Monday to Friday


We are looking for a consistent and driven performer to join our fast growing sales organization. Individual will be responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining a high level of sales, working within an established territory and serving as a sales representative to provide customers with product information, and superior customer service and support.


Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geographical events space.
  • Uses functional and technical knowledge of products to meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain excellent communications and sound working relationships with co-workers.
  • Actively participate in scheduled company sales meetings, district and regional conference calls and other business meetings.
